Assessment

Our f/32 partners utilize two assessment instruments:

TAIS Inventory

The Attentional and Interpersonal Style (TAIS) Inventory assessment is used to help people perform under pressure in corporate, sport, and military settings.

• Performance depends on the ability to pay attention to the right things at the right times and pressure changes the way that we concentrate, make decisions, and interact with others.

• TAIS Inventory measures these critical performance variables, helps elite performers understand the conditions that create pressure, and predicts their responses to pressure.

TAIS Inventory measures how individuals concentrate and behave. It is an inventory of style, not ability or intelligence. There are no right or wrong answers.

The Neethling Brain Index (NBI)

NBI ® is a profiling tool created to measure a person’s thinking preferences. Thinking preferences are your preferred ways of thinking while working in your most natural state. If you are working outside of your thinking preference, you are likely to feel unsatisfied with the activity and your energy levels might drop

This instrument measures thinking preferences. Gaining insight into the way we prefer to think makes us more aware of and sensitive to the preferences of others.

Developing better relationships, making more dynamic contributions in the team, and making sound and relevant decisions are but a few of the advantages of understanding your own thinking profile. Making more accurate job and career choices or determining the correct subject or study selections, could eventually lead to a more productive and fulfilled personal and professional life.

Because the focus of this NBI® profile is on thinking preferences, the end result is neither good nor bad. The NBI® provides a profile of thinking preference which is a descriptive, objective analysis of the individual’s thinking choices, with no profile being better or worse than another.
